Oriental Medicine is a tried and tested healthcare system that has been documented in China for well over 3500 years and provides a comprehensive system of health management which is as valid today as at any time during it’s history.
Oriental Medicine uses a wide range of techniques and treatments ranging from qigong exercises, breathing and meditation techniques to acupuncture massage and dietary therapy.
I practise Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Sotai, Qigong and Seated Acupressure or On Site massage in Eastbourne and West London and Run Shiatsu courses in Eastbourne, London and Wiltshire
From mid January 2011 I will be working two days a month at Qwest in Brentford, the London base of the ESS and running a monthly Shiatsu practice class there as well as giving one to one Shiatsu tuition

Sotai Workshops
Learn Sotai a fabulous method for rebalancing the musculo-skeletal system. Using the principle of moving away from pain or discomfort Sotai is a gentle way to realign the body improving both the posture and general health.

There will be a Shiatsu Basic skills or introductory workshop on Saturday 12th February 2011 at the Hall in Salisbury followed by a foundation course in beginning in March
