Emotional Freedom Techniques

Meridian Tapping, also known as EFT, is based on the same principles as acupuncture and involves a light ‘tapping’ motion on the acu-points to balance disturbances in the body’s energy system.
It is used to release negative emotions, relieve symptoms of physical illness and to influence the sub-conscious in a positive way. It is also a very effective self-help method.
During a session you will usually be Tapping on yourself, guided by the Practitioner.

Health Kineseology taps into this amazing ability we have to physically, emotionally, creatively change ourselves from one state to another. In my mind no state of the body is immutable, there is always a way to change wherever we are by some amount; we should never give up, because if we can get ourselves ill, then equally we should have the capacity to get ourselves well.
Its simple effective methods have inspired me through working with many people with problems simple and extensive. Because we ask each person what they need at a deep level, the body takes the chance to direct its energies, improve its state and become more than it is capable of right now.The advanced system of Health Kinesiology allows each individual to find a way forward. Each person’s bodies wisdom inherently knows what they need to do and we help find a way for that to happen.
During a consultation and using the valuable tool of muscle testing to access the client’s higher wisdom, we are able to best ascertain which treatment is most appropriate for the client to achieve their goals and release any negativity that maybe blocking their best efforts so far. A non-invasive thermal auricular therapy. The candles are used to treat many conditions of the head, ears and sinuses.

Maternity Reflexology

Maternity Reflexology can support you throughout your pregnancy and help prepare for the birth of your baby. Specialised techniques will encourage you to relax and could ease the uncomfortable symptoms that you may be experiencing at this time including morning sickness, heartburn, insomnia and back pain. Regular treatments may also help alleviate troublesome conditions of pregnancy including Hyperemesis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Pelvic Girdle Pain ( also known as Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction or SPD ). If your due date has come and gone, maternity reflexology may be able to help. Treatments are very effective at promoting deep relaxation and I am able to use specialised techniques which may encourage the onset of labour. Maternity reflexology is a specialised therapy and I would advise any mum-to-be to have treatments with a reflexologist who is qualified in this area. It is important that a midwife's permission is obtained before reflexology treatments can commence.
Post-natal Reflexology.
After you have had your baby, reflexology is a very gentle and natural way to help you recover from the extraordinary changes that your body has been through over the last nine months.

Spiritual Healing
