Angel is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, and a member of the General
Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). Based in Warwick/Leamington Spa, she is an experienced specialist in weight control, and is also particularly interested in the use of hypnosis for relaxing childbirth, helping people to quit smoking (in just 1 session!) and overcome anxiety and panic attacks.
Angel is available for appointments most days of the week including some evening and weekend appointments.
How can Hypnotherapy help?
Hypnotherapy can help with an endless list of conditions and behavioural issues. Some of the more
well known ones are addictions, anxiety and panic attacks, childbirth, weight loss inc. hypnotic stomach banding, low self esteem and confidence, fears and phobias, quitting smoking, nail biting, and much more.
Fees
Individual session: £75.00
(approx. 1 hour)
Stop Smoking session: £150.00
(approx. 90 mins - includes a follow up session free of charge if you start smoking within 4 weeks)
Hypnotic Weight Loss Groups
Angel currently runs a weekly Hypnotic Weight Loss Group in Leamington Spa.
Each course runs over 4 consecutive weeks, during which hypnosis helps you lose excess weight and change your relationship and habits concerning food. You learn to listen to your body, reduce cravings and develop new and healthy eating habits. You will generally become more ‘relaxed’ around food.
There is NO Diet and NO Forbidden food ....and YES, it really works!
The course runs on Monday evenings at 7.00-8.00pm on a monthly rotation basis.
It costs just £15.00 per week and includes a subliminal Weight Control CD (RRP £15.00) to reinforce the work done in the group sessions and your new behaviour at home.
