Reiki Healing Treatments
Reiki can help with all manner of physical illnesses, and psychological problems as well. Reiki works on all levels, physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual to bring the body back into wholeness and balance.
If you suffer from arthritis, breathing problems, insomnia, depression, anxiety states, cancer, Reiki can be of benefit to you.
You should allow 1 ½ hours for a treatment and the cost is £35.
Massage
Relief from Stress, muscular problems, bad backs, asthma, fatigue, aches and pains.
Massage reduces muscle tension and improves circulation. It stimulates lymphatic drainage, and encourages the elimination of bodily toxins.
It can reduce stress levels very quickly. Massage is also effective in increasing joint mobility and flexibility. The mood is lifted due to the soothing effect of massage.
Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is key in preventing migraines. As the head and the whole upper back is included in the treatment, shoulders problems and back aches can be treated and relieved.
