About Us Gentle Yoga and Relaxation
An opportunity to leave behind the stresses of our busy lives and focus on improving our physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
The practices I share are from the last 19 years in which I have been studying under the guidance of Sri Swami Dharmananda Saraswati Maharaj and her students.
These practices are drawn from both the Indian Yoga and Chinese Anicent Arts traditions.
I also train with Ole Eskildsen who teaches the Ichuan system of internal martial arts and his students.
The classes I teach are a drawn from the above and can help to develop awareness of the workings of the body and mind also help improve our ability to relax, focus and be in the moment. This in turn can help develop the subtler aspects of our being.
