Reflexology + Energy Healing. Telephone Healing Service Now Available
Hello, my name is Arabella,
I have had a lifelong interest in all things that expand my understanding of our existence. I started turning this interest into a career in 1987 when I began to study Esoteric Healing and I completed level 3 of this discipline in 1989.
I qualified in reflexology in 1990 and followed up with an advanced practitioners course in 1992 in line with EU regulations. During 1990 I also studied GCSE human biology to gain a working knowledge of the human body in addition to the anatomy taken with the courses.
I have subsequently completed a yoga teacher training and an attunement to Ascension Reiki. This has given me a broad base of understanding about the workings of the body on both the physical and energetic levels and this is what I bring to my practice.
I live between Littlehampton and Arundel and am available for home visits throughout this area.
Therapies practiced
Reflexology
This is a gentle non invasive therapy which works directly into the nervous system through reflex points on the feet. The treatment brings about deep relaxation of the entire system which for a short while breaks the habitual patterns and allows change to occur in the body and mind. It does not “cure” anything but in this way healing can take place throughout the body.
The treatment is done fully clothed either sitting comfortably with legs raised or lying on a bed and takes about 45 minutes.

Energy Healing
Healing works through what is called the etheric body which is the energy blueprint of the body. Energy blocks in this blueprint are reflected in the physical body as dis-ease of some sort and are usually caused by life’s traumas and inherited weaknesses. By bringing balance to this blueprint the physical body can begin to heal itself and there can be relief of even long standing symptoms.
The treatment is usually done fully clothed sitting on a chair but if that is difficult lying on a bed and takes about 30 minutes.

Both these therapies can be used to support the body's recovery from most diseases or from surgery. Although in some cases it is wise to check with your GP first in my experience they work well alongside conventional treatment.

For 15 years I was an Ascended Master channell and workshop facilitator. I have now stepped back from that role but continue to offer a telephone healing service working with Guides and Angels to look at, and where possible resolve, the root causes of life situations and on-going issues.
