The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage™ Self Care Course
This 3 day class prepares the student to perform The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage™ on him/herself only. Additionally, this class is a prerequisite to enrolment in the Professional Training for licensed healthcare practitioners.
Self Care Training covers anatomy & physiology of the abdominal & reproductive organs, addresses causes & symptoms of mal-positioned organs & demonstrates self care techniques. Self Care also addresses herbal, nutritional, spiritual & emotional support for the massage techniques to ensure comprehensive understanding of the modality & how it contributes to wellness.
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage™ address the following issues for Women (please note the list below is not exhaustive): Displaced or prolapsed uterus and or bladder
Painful periods and ovulation
Irregular menstrual cycles and ovulation
