SPORTS INJURY, PAIN or DISCOMFORT
The type of injury suffered by sports people do not differ from those in many activities. Injuries can be caused by lifting, poor posture, car accidents, falls, overuse, etc. using specific massage techniques rehabilitation can be sped up. Heat and electrotherapy can be used if required.
