I specialise in creative change. I help people to use their natural resources to overcome their limiting beliefs, raise their self esteem and deal effectively with stress, pressure and challenge in their personal and professional lives.
I support you through transitions in life and in balancing the demands of home and work, particularly if you are a parent. I am an expert at working
with young people and also offer family relationship coaching.
In everything I do I tailor my work to the individual needs of my clients-and I show you how making changes can be easy and enjoyable!
About me
I have a background as a teacher and lecturer in Education. My passion for inspiring people to realise their potential led me to train in coaching and NLP.
I love what I do and am creating my dream as I help others to create theirs.
In addition to my personal coaching I am now co-director of Aspire Training & Coaching Ltd, a company which specialises in coaching and training in Education, working with students, teachers and parents.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I am a qualified Personal Development Coach,Business Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and teacher. I also have training as an artist and Art therapist and use practical creative activity in my coaching and training programmes. I recently trained in the the delivery of the MTQ48 programme for developing mental toughness and emotional resilience. . I have 30 years experience of helping people of all ages realise their full potential, cope with challenge and improve their lives.
