About Me - Sharon GregoryBA(Hons), MBPsS, MBIH, MABNLP, MNCP, Chartered FCIPD As a fully registered hypnotherapist and psychotherapist I am also accredited by and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). The CNHC was established to regulate complementary practitioners and the CNHC register enhances public safety by giving the general public access to a list of practitioners that have been assessed as meeting national standards of competence and practice.
I have five practices: in Grayshott, Hampshire, and Haslemere, Farnham, Alton and Godalming in Surrey. I also practice at Grayshott Spa as well as deliver lectures to guests on the Grayshott programme – a 7 day intensive and sustainable programme designed to restore optimum health and wellbeing for clients.

How I Work
The techniques I utilise are in no way designed to replace conventional psychological or medical treatments. I strongly advise all clients to continue any prescribed treatment plan and to discuss working with me with their GP or supervising clinician.
The techniques I use only work when you have made a conscious decision to improve your life- whether it’s getting over an issue, getting through a problem or getting around to making lifestyle or behavioural changes. The therapeutic process is gentle, supportive and does not require lengthy analysis of past events. However, a key premise of my therapeutic interventions is the firm belief that you have the right solutions within yourself and the power to change lies soley with you. I will guide you and be with you on your therapeutic journey but it is up to you to engage fully in the process.
I recommend an initial three sessions at the end of which time you will have dramatically increased your levels of self awareness and have acquired a number of self help tools. At this point you may decide you can continue your recovery with these tools or you can continue your sessions with me. Most people have 3/4 sessions and then visit me occasionally thereafter for ‘top help’ sessions.
