Atlantic Inspirations is run from Anne’s beautiful home on the stunning coastline of Widemouth Bay in Bude, North Cornwall.
Atlantic Inspirations offers a variety of therapies, workshops and retreats for everyone. Please take a look through the contents of this site to find out more about each therapy, workshop or retreat offered at Atlantic Inspirations.
For those requiring accommodation or those looking to blend a holiday with therapies, there are a variety of retreats and accommodation options available including a holiday apartment or static home.
Anne is an enthusiastic, inspirational motivator who has a great desire and passion to help others empower themselves and make the changes in their lives that they want and need through Life Coaching, EFT and a variety of other therapies.
Bringing a wealth of life experience to her client relationships, she has over 30 years’ experience working across the UK and internationally. Anne is used to working with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Anne will be share with you where appropriate treatments and therapies have helped her with a personal experience of MS & Lipodema as well as enforced career changes. Specialities include working with complex and compulsive behaviours, addiction and self-esteem.
When you have a therapy or session you will be in an environment where you will be listened to with compassion, empathy and respect.

Sauna Wrap
A Sauna Wrap is a product designed to help your muscles relax and assist in weight loss. The Sauna Wrap works by heating and then detoxifying the body and allowing users to sweat out excess water weight and toxins, giving users a similar effect that they would get from a real sauna.
Food/Dietin Workshop
