At One Day Spa is a beautiful, restful haven in the centre of Birmingham.
Offering a range of beauty, holistic and massage treatments for men and women,
we aim to provide a warm and friendly reception, caring professional therapists and a client-centred approach.
We are conveniently located for city centre workers and shoppers with opening hours until 7pm Tuesday - Saturday.
SERVICES
Our Beauty, Holistic and Therapeutic Services include ear candling, reiki, crystal healing and reflexology; various types of massage including sports, deep tissue, hot stones and aromatherapy; the full range of Elemis Spa Treatments; and manicures and pedicures.
Our therapists are all well trained and professional and take a holistic approach to their work. We pride ourselves on making the Spa warm, welcoming and immediately relaxing - rather than clinical and intimidating.
Please note that we are a dry spa so do not have pools, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. We do, however, have a beautiful relaxation lounge in which to sit and enjoy a complementary beverage before or after your treatment.

Men
Male skin is different to female skin and needs different treatment. We have a lot of male clients and we are pleased to offer an environment that is not “overly girly”, where you can relax and enjoy the therapies and treatments you need. Click here for more information.
Facials

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
All our staff are fully qualified for the treatments they undertake. We have a minimum requirement of NVQ level 2. Where therapies are not covered by standard NVQ courses, the therapists have individual training certificates, for example in Sports Massage, Reiki, etc.
