About Me
DEFINITELY a woman of the Aquarian Age.
From a spiritual backgroun (her father an evangelist and mother a nurse), she has always been intrigued by the possibilities of the other worlds. When asked who was her idol, the one she patterns herself on, she says, well, I hope there is no pattern, cause life is too large for that; but, my grandmother is the epitome of what I would like to be'. She elucidates further 'My grandmother was the strong silent type, but you always felt like there was nothing she couldn't handle, no problem she couldn't solve. But she did it all so quietly, no quarrel or fuss, just very easy, very sure. Her knowledge of the natural world and herbal remedies always fascinated and enticed me; but most of all she was one of the few, without judgement or ridicule, und,erstood when I said 'I saw a ghost last night'.
On that note.....lol......we come to her private passion.
For the last four years she has spent her time and energies in Africa 'giving back'. Doing water projects and community feeding; she fulfills her need to 'remember what could have been me'. She says 'one only thinks of the here and now what is their present situation; yet somehow we never take the time to think we are only a small dot in the universe and there is so much more going on out there than what is in front of you. I believe it is of the utmost importance for everyone to travel out of their area, whether it be out of their country or their county, but go somewhere where the people are just slightly different-have a slightly different ideals. Then return and reasses - start anew'.
Life is truly what we make it and we are not here alone.
