About Me
What brought me to NI
In 2004, I was invited to Northern Ireland to head up the Omni Ayurveda Health and Beauty Centre at the Ramada Hotel. This required me to train staff to the highest standards, build up a client base and generally ensure that the benefits of Ayurveda were introduced to the people of Northern Ireland. During that time the centre built up a reputation for comfort and quality. I also taught Yoga classes and managed all of the staff.
In January 2009 I decided to branch out on my own and set up my consultancy. Since then I have built up a private client base and started teaching yoga classes and advanced breathing techniques.
My training in India
Born in Kerala , south of India, I graduated in Ayurveda at “The Government Ayurveda College in Cochin”, one of the most reputed Ayurvedic colleges in India.
I started practice as a junior doctor in one of the Ayurveda Health Clinics in Kerala, executing treatments for chronic disorders, health rehabilitation and relaxation.
I also successfully treated sports injuries, post accident cases, arthritis , fibromyalgia, and other neuro- muscular problems.
From July 1996 to February 2002 I successfully ran the Ayurveda Health Spa at Coconut Lagoon Heritage Restort in Kerala.

Why Ayurveda?
Because It Is the Royal Journey towards Ultimate Health and Total Wellbeing.
Ayurvecia takes care of every part of the human being, mental, physical and spiritual. In today’s modern world everyone is striving for balance. Hence the phrase, work, life, balance. Ayurveda has been working on this principle for thousands of years dating back to the Vedic period in India.
Each of us has our own unique blue punt and Ayurveda believes the root cause of any ailment or affliction lies in an imbalance in the body’s natural equilibrium. The balancing forces are known as doshas of which there are three:- Vata relates to the central nervous system and musculo-skeletal movement
- Pitha defines the entire biochemical processes operating within a human body
- Kapha the entire physical living organism.
Each dosha combines in a special way with the five elements of the universe - air, fire, water, earth and space.
