Welcome to Balance in a Natural Way
"Feeling relaxed from your nose to your toes"
Hello my name is Sue Kohler i'm based in Beeston. near Nottingham and have been practising since 1996.
Prevention is 'key' in Complementary Therapy and as massage is one of the oldest and simplest forms of healthcare, regular treatments can help maintain our health and Homeostasis.
It makes sense to keep our tissues soft, our joints flexible and our digestion strong as our health is our most valuable asset. Poor health could bring enormous change in both lifestyle and the dreams we have. So Lifestyle is the New Doctor. Just as we anticipate change in our professional life, we can do the same with health and well being. It's a good rule not to ignore symptoms such as aches and pains that keep returning as this could be our bodies way of telling us we are in need of attention.
Let's aim for our health to reflect in our lifestyle and our lifestyle will reflect in our health. Change starts with our intention..
Feel free to contact me by e-mail or phone leaving a short message. A text is also good, should I be working with an existing client. Please leave your name too.
My working day's are Monday and Wednesday. Thanks Sue.
