Nutritional therapy isn't all
lentils and mung beans!
It's about supporting your body to meet the demands of modern life. If you lead a busy lifestyle, you need to equip your body with the nutrients and fuel to keep up.
Current medical research is showing that food and nutrients have a direct impact on the body at cellular level and modern diets can reduce energy, upset vital functions and underlie many health problems.
In addition to this, life events such as stress, pregnancy and even bereavement can upset our natural biochemistry and cause fundamental changes that can impair efficient functioning.
