About Us
My journey into complementary and alternative medicine began in 2003 with my personal journey toward healing. I found guidance and support in both orthodox and complementary and alternative medicine frameworks. As a direct result of my experiences and new found interest in complementary and alternative medicine, I embarked on a life altering journey to where I am today. After graduating from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, I spent my initial years developing my craft and was employed as a spa supervisor and spa therapist to five star levels.
My philosophy is one of integration and I align myself with an evidence based practice of integrated health.
I practice with a person centred holistic approach, where the needs of each client are individual and important. I believe optimal health is an holistic balance in and between body, mind and lifestyle.
