I work from my lovely airy and contemporary treatment room within my family home. I'm a friendly and professional therapist, and I strive to put all of my clients at physical and emotional ease and give them the best treatment possible.

Aromatherapy Massage
What are the benefits?
For many different reasons, an overwhelming number of us suffer with stress, anxiety and depression at some point in our lives. With the ability to uplift, clear the mind of mental clutter and help alter your emotional perspective, aromatherapy massage can be particularly helpful for treating these conditions and other psychological and nervous system imbalances. In turn, it may help in the relief of associated physical conditions, such as insomnia, headaches, backache and digestive complaints. The use of essential oils can also be especially beneficial for hormonal imbalances and supporting the immune system.
Further possible benefits:- Easing muscular tension
- Reducing pain & inflammation
- Encouraging deep, calming relaxation of the body & mind
- Helping to improve the function of organs & body systems
- Improving blood & lymphatic circulation
- Reducing fatigue & increasing a sense of invigoration
- Improving postural awareness
- Improving mood, body-image & self-esteem
- Stimulating the body's natural ability to repair & renew at a cellular level
- The release of endorphins – the pain-relieving 'happy' hormones
- Improving skin condition

What Clients Say
Alex B., Lawyer - Walton on the Wolds
"I absolutely love my aromatherapy massage. I think I am relaxed before hand but it takes me to a whole new level. I get to the stage where I fall asleep sooner with every treatment. A 6 week course of treatments was the perfect way to get started and I felt the benefit from the start. I am a regular runner and my body feels better every time I have a treatment. I totally recommend Cath who is brilliant at her job."
Laura A-H., Civil Servant - Loughborough
"The treatments are so lovely and soothing, I always want more! Your hands are gorgeously warm, and some parts of the massage gives me goosebumps in a good way - It's so nice! I always feel very relaxed afterwards. The atmosphere is lovely and the soothing music really adds to the treatments. My skin is softer and more hydrated, and I feel emotionally stronger, happier and calmer. I'm in a good place!"
Joanne M., Photographer - Walthamstow, London
"Wow, it was amazing! I've never had a massage like that before, it was so soothing and relaxing. I feel really calm and stable in my mind.
