Deep Massage is not just a matter of touch. It relies equally on a healing presence of mind. We centre on that place where our structure and energy meet the structure and energy of the client, the energy related to the human body: an amazing machine with a beautiful mind.
In Deep Massage we need to fully engage the musculoskeletal and nervous system. In many cases you will have taken up the slack and reached just the right neuro-muscular depth when you begin to feel the bones underneath the soft tissue. Often the client then will say: “Now you’ve got it!”.
Massage is non-verbal dialogue. What you do with your emotion, mind and spirit is as important as what you do with your body. Psycho-mechanics are as important as body mechanics.
Deep Massage, that unites art and science, structural approaches to bodywork and energetic approaches to give the therapist a more powerful and profound method with which to elevate the health of one’s client.
I have a strong knowledge in therapeutic massage, holistic massage, anatomy and physiology, experience over 7 years. I have qualification from London College of Massage – 3 rd level and also from Italy.
I combine various techniques to tailor each session to the specific needs of the individual. Most common problems I been working with: headaches and migraines, I can create a very relaxed atmosphere too, back and neck pains, sciatica nerve problems, trapped nerves, localised swelling due to the circulation problems, tensions due to the stress, physical fatigue due to work, postural back pains, joint and soft tissue injuries.
