I am a mature, qualified, Holistic Therapist, fully insured by the Federation of Holistic Therapists, working at a luxurious salon in Urmston, Manchester, providing a full range of holistic treatments, in a tranquil, peaceful setting.
My aim is for you to leave after a treatment feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated, and for you to have had a totally memorable experience. I pride myself in treating each client as an individual, listening to your needs so that you fully realise the wonderful benefits of an holistic treatment, be it a massage, reflexology or reiki.
Swedish Massage
A Swedish massage, or deep tissue massage, is an energising, invigorating massage where I use arms and elbows to reach deep into knotted muscles, to help reduce pain and tension. This massage is excellent for stimulating the blood circulation, aiding the relief of toxins from the system and restoring a sense of balance within ourselves.
Indian Head Massage
An Indian head massage is a massage of the back, neck, shoulders, scalp and head. It assists in such conditions as decongestion, stiffness in the neck and shoulders, stress relief and insomnia.
Reflexology
Your feet can transport you into the realms of pleasure as they are one of the most sensitive parts of your body and touch applied here can be wonderfully relaxing, energising or stimulating. Its aim is to bring the whole body back to a natural state of balance which can help to eliminate problems caused by specific diseases and illness.

Reiki
Reiki is a hands on healing experience, carried out by placing hands on or over you with the intent of channelling healing energy to where your body most needs it. Reiki heals on all levels; physically, emotionally and spiritually and supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
I also carry out Reiki with crystal healing, which enhances a reiki treatment, by leaving you totally relaxed and at peace with your inner self.
Hopi Ear Candles
Hopi ear candles is a non invasive treatment of the ears and is used to treat a variety of conditions including sinusitis, excessive or compacted ear wax, tinnitus, snoring, migraines and hayfever.
Treatments range from 30 minutes to one hour. An additional 15 minutes should be added on to your first treatment to allow a consultation to take place.
I am a qualified Aromatherapist so can blend facial creams, hand creams, body and foot lotions, using essential oils,to suit your specific skin needs.
