Thinking about having counselling?
Are you feeling sad, negative, lost?
Perhaps you are anxious, not sleeping, feeling you are not coping.
Have you suffered a loss or a life changing event such as redundancy?
Many people with these types of issues have found talking to an experienced counsellor, who listens and does not judge or criticise, can be very helpful.
We at Blue Sky Counselling do not have all the answers, but will give feedback, offer suggestions and help you to understand your problems and what you can do.
About Us Blue Sky Counselling is the result of two counsellors linking together in a joint belief that counselling can really help. Our practices are based in Belvedere and Welling in Kent.
Our style of counselling is simple - we don't fit you into a specific type of counselling to suit us. We work WITH you and adapt our working methods so you feel comfortable and are able to find your ideal path through your problems.
