Theta Healing is a leading edge, spiritually-based energy healing technology. Through Theta Healing™ we can co-create instant physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Transforming your limiting beliefs and feelings that are holding you back from happiness, love, wellness, prosperity and abundance. It is non-denominational, which allows us to get clear answers to all questions.
Theta Healing™ practitioners go into a meditative state and channel healing energy. It is a method of meditation and prayer that utilises the fundamental creative life energy of the universe to change limiting conscious and subconscious beliefs, to read what is going on inside the human body, and to perform physical and emotional healing.
THETA HEALING™ IN PERSON - one-to-one session
On the first consultation we offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone to discuss your questions and goals before your actual session. Then, during the healing session the person should be sitting in a relaxed position with their eyes closed. This allows the client to go into a theta brainwave which is a very relaxed and meditative state. This facilitates the healing through the sub-conscious mind where our core beliefs and feelings are held. We offer Theta Healing sessions in person at The Family Natural Health Centre in London, simply book online or contact us to book an appointment.
DISTANT THETA HEALING™ via phone or skype
Theta Healing™ is just as effective over the phone, if you are unable to get to our therapy space. To do a distant healing we would require your permission or guardian (in the instance of children or ill). The entire session can be done over the phone or skype and the we follow the same format as we would in a face-to-face Theta Healing™ session. Distant healing makes it accessible throughout the world.

Bourgeon is run alongside Anna's numerous other businesses in the area of print and online design, advertising, interior design, property development and jewellery design. Anna is also a mother of a 3 year old boy and lives in London.
Anna has attended countless seminars over the last 20 years in the area of personal development, wealth creation and holistic health. A natural intuitive, driven by her passions in seeing clients and students grow and flourish physically, emotionally and spiritually.
