About your therapist
After many years working in Financial institutions in the City of London, the move to practising Cognitive Hypnotherapy may seem, to some, a strange one.
What clinched it was when I stopped smoking after more years that I care to admit, by going to a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner.
The curious thing was that I had tried hypnotherapy before a few times and it had not been permanent.
Could it be that not all hypnotherapy or hypnotherapists were the same?
So, I trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and have made it my mission to understand what is the difference that means the change is permanent and complete.
I have studied the neuroscience behind addiction and nicotine addiction in particular and have trained extensively in this area to the extent that I will now offer my clients unrivalled support. For my smoking clients you will get all the support you need following your appointment for an entire year (most people don't need this) . So - if you need to come back in (although this doesn't happen often), then you can - completely free!
I am also an Accredited Hypnotherapy Supervisor and currently Director of Ethics for the National Council for Hypnotherapy and their specialist advisor for Addictions.
