Treatments and courses available throughout the year. Classes are one to one or small groups. An energy therapy that sustains us in times of need and a tool we can use for our own personal development if drawn to do so.
Bach flower therapy
Sometimes life knocks us off balance and we need a little assistance to get back on track. Bach flower essences assist us with our emotional wellbeing. A wonderful system to assist us in moving away from a negative mind set. The greatest benefit is that the remedies are primarily a self help system that you can take over for managing your emotions once you feel confident to do that.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can assist you in breaking habits, reducing tension, learning to relax, building confidence, gaining insight and support in areas you want to change. While hypnotherpy itself does not "fix" things for you, your motivation to use the therapy gives you a resource to change old patterns and be better equiped to deal with life challenges. Self hypnosis is a valuable resource you can learn to strengthen sessions. Past life regression is also a therapeutic modality which can help us better understand behaviour, pain, health issues, relationships and more.
Bowen Technique
Suitable for all age groups. Can be done over light clothing. Practically any problem can be addressed and some people use Bowen as a means of stress management and health maintenance.
Remedial and sports massage.
Relaxation massage available also. Prevent overuse injuries. Relieve pain and assist the body's recovery from injury.
