What do I offer?
I offer Theta Healing Sessions and Courses and Access Consciousness Bars Sessions and Teach the Bars, in Manchester UK or via Phone.
I have been working with energy and frequency for the last 3 years full time. Previous to that I worked as a teacher in the Special Needs Department with the main focus on children with Emotional and Behavioural Issues, which taught me to read a situation very quickly and how to respond to them effectively, which has been a great gift when working with clients and students.
I run Theta Healing classes on a regular basis, so please do get in touch if you are interested in attending a class.
I also run regular Access Consciousness Bars Classes, again if you cannot find a date that suits you please get in touch and we can look at suitable dates.
I am certified in Theta Healing to teach the BASIC, ADVANCED, Game of Life, Manifesting and Abundance and Animal Communication.

What is ThetaHealing®?
In 1995 Vianna Stibal founded the ThetaHealing® technique and since then has been teaching this fantastic healing modality to the world.
With the help of the Theta Brainwave, Esther starts the healing process, clearing either the issue that you want to work on or what Esther picks up on during a body scan.
Esther then with your consent is able to clear the bottom programs that you are still holding onto through digging work, belief work and how it has been serving you.
The releasing happens on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
The focus of the sessions are that you feel by the end of the session, a sense of feeling lighter and calmer and leaving with new and positive downloads that are able to support you in making new and empowering decisions for the good of your life.
How does Theta work?
By tapping into the Theta Brainwave, the guidance of Creator of all that Is and focus of attention, Esther is able to energetically pick up via a body scan what limiting programs you are holding onto. All programs are held in our cells, DNA and our subconscious. These programs are being held in place energetically as we are all made up of energy. During the session, muscle testing is a great way for you to see for yourself what programs you are holding onto which can with your permission be pulled and cancelled and replaced with positive programs.
Theta has the ability to release negative feelings: "Depression, stress, anger, anxiety, feelings of irrationality and feeling overwhelmed" To : "Contentedness, consistency, calmness, feeling joy, love, laughter"
How do you replace a program?
For instance you can change programs from:
-"My work always leaves me feeling drained and used by others!" Change to: "I know what it feels like to be satisfied at work and how to delegate jobs with ease and joy."
-"Love hurts!" Change to: "I have Creators perspective on what love is and know the feeling of love and how to let it into my life with grace and ease!"
-"Money is the root of all evil!" Change to: "I understand that money is an energy that is here to help me and I know it is safe and okay for me to earn money without feeling guilty!"
So what else do you work on during a session?
Theta goes much deeper as most of us carry energetically contracts, oaths, vows, curses and even blessing with us that also can stop us from moving forward, which again can be easily resolved.
It is vital to also bring back all your soul fragments that you have left behind in past lives or even in this lifetime. Soul fragments are as easily exchanged in an argument you might have had earlier that day with your boss, and definitely are still part of past relationships, therefore stopping you from moving into your next relationship.
How to prepare for a session:
Drink plenty of water before the session so you are hydrated and have water nearby during the session. Sit comfortably and stay warm during the session and focus on what you want to work on. Esther will then guide you into the Theta Brainwave, opening the path to your subconscious which controls almost 85% of our well being. From there Esther will do a body scan if need be and starts working on changing your programs with your verbal consent.

Esther does most of her session via Skype as energy and healing travels just like the connection between mobiles phones, as you are unable to see how you are being connected, but you know it works as you are having a conversation with the other person.
