One -to-one consultations with clients who would like to lose weight, address a specific health issue or simply improve overall health and well-being.
During the consultation, you receive a Personalised Diet Plan in-line with your specific needs, budget, lifestyle and food preferences. Meal plans, recipe ideas and lifestyle advice including exercise and stress management are also given. Ongoing support is offered by telephone or email between consultations.
My approach is to find a way of eating that you can maintain long-term in order to feel healthy, maintain your optimum weight and perhaps most importantly enjoy your food. My approach is practical, realistic, goal-driven and tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle.
I want clients to enjoy their food as I believe this is the only way that changes can be sustainable in the long-term. I am passionate about food and cooking and part of the process involves giving delicious healthy recipe ideas and cooking tips.
