My name is Joanne and my passion is working with Reiki, Massage Therapy, Diet, Meditation, Relaxation Techniques and Understanding in order to treat the Mind, Body & Spirit.
I use Reiki Energy Therapy and Massage Therapy to help you find stillness within yourself, creating an inner Sacred Space in order to achieve longer lasting happiness and more joyful life experiences.
There is no gain in pain, I offer gentleness, understanding, positive energy, balancing, kindness and most of all love - Universal Love that is open to anyone that may care to tap into it.
If you suffer from Stress, Tension, Worries, Negative Thought Patterns, Lack of Confidence & Self Belief or Pain, either emotional,mental or physical, then in your inner Sacred Space you can learn to breathe into the cause of your discomfort, into those muscles, those fears that you are holding within you and let them go. Re-connect with your deep self.
