I am an experienced hypnotherapist, a qualified life coach and I hold a COSCA certiricate in counselling. I am well placed to meet all your hypnotherapy needs and work via Skype, and from offices in the centre of Glasgow and Edinburgh, as well as Dunblane.

I work exclusively with women, which has allowed me to specialise in particular areas incouding menopause, fertility, pregnancy and all aspects of women's health. Part of my reason for working with women is simply because those things which cause them anxiety and the way they deal with issues often tends to have a different focus from men. As well as those specialisms, I work extensively with weight loss, anxiety, phobias, unwanted behaviours and IBS. I am a registered Hypno-Band practitioner.
I offer a free, no obligation initial consultation, usually by phone, so that you can find out more about hypnotherapy and life coaching and whether they are right for you. I now pass this knowledge on to other established practitioners in the form of CPD courses and run an accredited training school for training students to Diploma level.
