About Me
My Main focus is on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, but also I include Counselling and Life Coaching.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy works by client and therapist working together to identify negative thought processes that create emotional symptoms and then finding more beneficial positive thoughts and beliefs to provide a healthy balance between heart and mind, thoughts and feelings. Not only is this beneficial for sufferers of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress or low self esteem, but can also be used as a therapy for self improvement, especially in the fields of sports competition and professional pursuits. But where CBT really differs is that it is not just a therapy based on helping, but to provide knowledge and techniques for you to use in the future. It is about making a permenant change to enable you to feel as active in your own life as you can.
I like to keep all my sessions relaxed & comfortable for clients to be able to feel that they can be as open as possible. And the end of the day, all therapy is about you and for you. The client is always the priority.
Currently, I am concentrating my practice on Individual therapy.
I am running 50 minute sessions @ £40 per session
30 minute sessions @ £25 per session
Day rate for 7 hours plus 1 hour lunch £200 per day
I do ask that if you are interested in booking an appointment that you contact me by email including some background history on why you feel the need for CBT. This enables me to make our first session as beneficial as possible.

Qualifications
Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with distinction.
