After almost 30 years employed by a range of charities, I trained at the Karuna Institute in Devon gaining an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy validated by Middlesex University.
Core Process Psychotherapy combines Western psychotherapeutic understanding with the wisdom and compassion of Buddhist psychology. It has an emphasis on the cultivation of awareness through bringing ‘mindfulness’ into the therapeutic relationship.
I am UKCP registered (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), fully insured and conform to the ‘Karuna Institute’ Code of Ethics.
