About Us
Diana Kemp, Founder and Director
Diana has spent the last decade working and studying in the diverse field of complementary therapies and alternative medicine. Diana’s family was touched with difficulties back in 2001, when the arrival of her son, who has a very rare genetic mutation and learning difficulties, brought huge changes to her lifestyle, which led her to spend those years researching the cause of illness and how it effects the body, how it works with the mind, and how the body, mind and spirit all work together to make us whole.
Clients travel to visit her at Opoppo from all over Scotland, with a wide range of physical and emotional illnesses and conditions. She specialises in children with a variety of disabilities and works to help their carers too. Without them their families would struggle to survive. She has devised wellness teaching and coaching programmes and treatments that help them take charge of their wellbeing and work in a very positive direction. She has developed FIT2CARE, a programme offering part-funding for those who meet the criteria for treatment, and assisting carers to learn to love themselves and adopt a preventative approach towards their wellbeing.
Treatments
Most of our treatments take place in our treatment room in Dundee, which has been designed with our client’s foremost in our mind.
Our clients tell us that we have created a safe happy space where they can feel totally relaxed and free to tell us about any concerns they may have regarding their health and wellbeing, secure in the fact that it is all kept completely confidential. We have chosen colours that create this nurturing and welcoming feeling and hope that you can enjoy the ambiance of the room.
We take a holistic view to helping our clients achieve the outcome they desire, whether it be painful and emotional difficulties, injuries, sleep issues, dealing with events that have been traumatic for them, or other. We work with you all the way.

Training
Opoppo Training are an established training college who’s main objective has been to provide quality practitioner level holistic training courses, and services in professional and development workshops.
Since we started, hundreds of people have benefited from our courses and we have received many heartfelt testimonials and thank you letters and e-mails for the positive difference we have made to their spiritual journeys, from all over Scotland.
The courses are normally run within the Education Centre within the beautiful and tranquil Botanic Gardens in Riverside Drive, Dundee, or at Opoppo in Scott Street, Dundee.
Our programme of events includes half day, one day and weekend courses in a diverse range of subjects from stress management to therapy courses and meditation.
Since we opened our college in 2010, Opoppo Training has become a trusted presence in the holistic training and personal development market.
All our courses are registered with the Complementary Medical Association and offer Continuing Personal Development Points.
All our tutors are fully qualified in their chosen subjects and have clinical experience as well as experience in training and have come highly recommended to Opoppo Training.
