I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and UK Registered Practitioner, based in West London and have been practising as a qualified therapist for 12 years. I am also the in house student and staff counsellor at Mander Portman Woodward; a College situated in South Kensington where I have been working for the past 3 and a half years.
I have recently completed a Diploma in clinical supervision so if you are either a trainee or professional therapist seeking a supervisor then please do contact me.

WHERE THE PRACTICE IS SITUATED.
The Counselling practice is situated in West London, 5 minutes walk from West Brompton tube station, which is on the district line. It is within easy reach of Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Hammersmith, Chiswick, Earls Court, Putney, Wimbledon, Richmond, Shepherds Bush and Notting Hill and also central London.
MY TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS.
I graduated from Regent's College with a Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling in 1998.
I am an MBACP Accredited Counsellor and UK Registered Practitioner and I adhere to the BACP code of ethics.
I have a Diploma in clinical supervision.
I ensure ongoing professional development by undertaking courses and workshops and having supervision on a regular basis.
Being Psychodynamically trained means that as part of the work, I would explore with a client how their experiences in childhood may have had an impact on them as an adult. This could be having a negative effect on their life by possibly keeping them stuck in certain patterns of behaviour. However, I also incorporate some other ways of working into the therapy if it will benefit the client e.g. I might perhaps use some cognitive tools in order to alleviate anxiety and panic attacks. I see clients for both short and long-term work.
