I am a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui style of Reiki. Reiki is an ancient form of natural healing which is non invasive and non manipulative and is a great tool for helping your body to heal, relax, destress and restore your inner balance.

If you would like to have some 'me time' and completely relax, I can offer you a taster treatment or full treatments in the comfort of your own home, office or in my calming treatment cabin in Addiscombe.

I am a fully insured Practitioner Member of the Reiki Federation and offer, for all ages and animals, hands on treatments and distance healing. If you are also interested in learning Reiki I run monthly workshops and can also teach 1 to 1.
