Reiki Healing & Teaching
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered through the hands and is based on the unseen "life force energy" which flow throughs us all. Joanne is a Reiki Master in the system developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 1900s. Joanne is also trained to level 2 for Kundaline reiki.
A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well being.
In addition to this Joanne teaches Reiki at first degree Shoden, inner teachings Okuden and Master. On completion of all courses you will receive:
- A Reiki Manual for the degree obtained
- A Reiki Certificate
- Ongoing support - also Reiki Shares
- Certificate of Lineage

How Do Crystals work:
Scientific explanation - crystals are the most organised matter in the universe they are the most stable but they are not quite perfect. They have one molecule which is repeated throughout their structure which has inherent order and the ability to adjust to all kinds of environmental changes. They are also very stable whereas the human body is built of thousands of different molecules, each with it's own vibratory pattern. When the body gets stressed the molecules can go wrong creating disharmony. Bringing a crystal into the level of vibrations or chakras is like striking a tuning fork. That one vibration which is emitted can act as guide to return the molecules back into normal harmony.
Crystals are used for healing to enhance and amplify the energies being used. Crystals used in healing cleanse, balance and amplify all healing energies to their highest capacity. These energies naturally occur in crystals and will react and then work with the energy in the human body.
Classes Self Healing Workshop
Crystal Clear Therapies with Wellbeing Healing. This will involve teaching mindfulness, using crystals to heal the aura before illness manifests. Also how to charge and cleanse crystals. How to make and use gem essences will also be taught.
The class will also teach EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) how to tap and where on specific accupressure points while turning into unwanted emotions.

Joanne is a natural psychic spiritual medium.
For readings Joanne reads the tarot, angel cards and uses her mediumship abilities. Sometimes Joanne also uses a crystal ball to help with the reading.
The time a reading takes are not specific but are based on the needs of the individual. Discounts are offered for group bookings. Party bookings are also available.
