about me
I'm a qualified nutritional therapist who can provide you with a personalised nutritional and lifestyle plan to take the guess work out of supporting your journey back to better health, make preventative choices and most importantly help you get the most out of life.
All our needs are different; 'what's good for the goose, isn't always good for the gander'. So I am all about finding out what is right for you and focusing on including more of it in your diet.
I believe that food should be a source of pleasure and not create worry and stress, which is why I chose the name 'Delve In'.
Even the smallest diet and lifestyle changes can make a vast improvement to your health, well-being and energy and I have had the pleasure of witnessing this first hand in a number of clients.
I hold clinics at Bounce Gym & Injury Clinic, in Wimbledon Park, but can also work out of Covent Garden, arrange workplace visits and take Skype calls in some circumstances.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I am a fully qualified, registered Nutritional Therapist. I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London where I gained a degree level Diploma in Nutritional Therapy with a year of clinical practice.
I'm a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) and I am also registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is supported by the Department of Health.
