The Gym
Training is ideal in my high quality Norwegian Pine cabin. Equipped for both hot and cold weather you can be assured of a comfortable training environment. The gym is equipped with a range of high quality gym equipment which will satisfy all your training requirements. This will give you a stable basis to form your home training schedule. Thereby getting you Into shape to enjoy other pastimes such as cycling, swimming and general keep fit activities.
Inside the Gym
The inside of the gym is bright and airy. There Is plenty to choose from which to develop an exercise system specifically for yourself. There are both hi-tech and b-tech options including dumbbells, barbells, boxing bag, stepper, treadmill and rowing machine. All equipment is of the highest sta ndards.
Hi-tech Training
Free weights have been used since ancient times with great effect. However, modern training has been enhanced by a new breed of training machine which is built for those who demand the most from themselves and their training sessions.
The gym is home to several extremely well built quality machines which will take your training to another level.
Aerobic Training
This is exercise that raises the heart rate over longer periods, conditions the heart and lungs and burns fat - a very important part of health and fitness. To build aerobic strength it is important to choose an exercise that you enjoy and can maintain. Cardio also helps us to concentrate and reduces health risk factors.
Resistance Exercise
Toning and strengthening the muscles is a core area of any fitness programme. It helps us lose excess body fat by increasing our metabolic rate.
My gym has an extensive range of resistance equipment that when mixed with my knowledge will ensure we get the most from each muscle group in a safe, progressive manner.

All the training you do while under my supervision Is logged. This allows me to ensure you experience the progression you desire from session to session.
