Let me help you get to where you need to be. Only you will know what hurts, what worries, what scares and what you truly need. You are an individual, people can have the same experiences but the affect and perception is unique to you as a person. Culture and ethnicity are huge factors when they are they make up the rules by which we live, yet they do not identify any of us as individuals.
Love of parent, love of family, love of friends are all supportive but what if you don't feel they can't truly hear you? What if you don't feel safe to disclose? What if you feel they will judge you because they know you?
You have an issue not a problem and it's work that with the tools you can prevail and even heal.
Counselling is an equal working relationship. Book a session and you will know very soon whether this is helpful or not.
