ABOUT YVETTE
Hi my name is Yvette and I am an Emotional Freedom Practitioner registered with the AAMET and a certified Self-Discovery Coach™ that has completed 28 weeks of intense training on human psychology on a coaching level that will help you go from diving to thriving. I also have a Master of Metaphysics degree. I've spent the last two decades of my life exploring self discovery, and I am here for You! If you are looking to improve your life and find alternatives to make you feel more positive, content, and downright good about yourself then you are in the right place.
I am 46 and after a living through a tough divorce I have coped with bringing up two children and running a business alone. I worked in London for 11 years in very stressfull jobs making money for big banking organizations and had too completely change my life to become a Mother. It has been an experience that led me to my own self discovery.
I like to keep fit by jogging along the beach and looking for new and exciting ways to keep active like Zumba or Yoga. I enjoy going to the Gym. Meditation, Prayer and working with the Mind. I am passionate about Health Wellbeing that's why I work as an NYR Organic consultant. I think it is important to be aware of what we eat and put on our skin. I believe it is very important to have Mind, Body and Soul all working as one. From an early age I had to experience and overcome, what I know now, is pure grief from losing my Father and Partner. It has been a long journey to find Yvette White, but I have arrived! I am trained to not only be an unbiased sounding board, but skilled in facilitating a more successful path for you in life and love. Yvette White is a Licensed and Certified Instructor by the Self-Discovery Coach™ Satellite Academy . She has graduated with honors of both levels, and completed our instructors guidelines.
Yvette is a Master Self-Discovery Coach™ . She has completed our intense 14 week program for our Level I training and finished our 14-week Master Coach Level this year. She is your Success Coach, Instructor, Mentor, and Facilitator.
AAMET Level 2 Emotional Freedom Practitioner.
Master of Metaphysics degree completed with Universal Life Church Seminary.
