One of my biggest personal and professional lessons has been that every single one of us is perfect, but also an "individual". This I cant emphasise enough, what works best for you wont necessarily work best for me. Any therapy you choose to experience will be completely about YOU and YOUR needs and wishes.

About Me
I have been on the most amazing journey to get to where I am now and my journey is becoming more and more amazing with every day & week that passes. It hasn’t always been like this.
During a prolonged period of illness I came to the realisation that all control and decisions over my life, health and wellbeing were being directed by external sources.
Then the realisation came that I have choices, an inbuilt guidance called intuition and in fact I had the ability to create the life I wanted. I decided to take control of my life and health. My journey began...
I went back into education in 1996 and gained a number of qualifications that included Royal Institute of Public Health & Hygiene Certificate in Nutrition & Health (honours), Diploma in Iridology (distinction), Dietary Advisor, Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology & Nutritional Consultant. Using my new found knowledge and trust in myself I healed myself back to health.
At this point I had another moment of realisation, the mind has tremendous power and influence over the physical body and how healthy and happy we are. Back to education I went, this time my study incorporated qualifications in Reflexology, Energy Healing, Flower Essences, Kinesiology and Reiki.
I have spent the past 15 years working with my therapies meeting people from all walks of life. I have been teaching workshops and accredited courses with my gorgeous friend and business partner Elisabeth since 2005. I am continuously researching and studying to ensure I keep up to date with the latest information available and because I am totally inspired by my work.
I have transformed my life, I am inspired, grateful, and happy and my daily experience of life is awesome with an infinite amount of possibilities. If I can pass anything on to you, which will enhance your life, I am achieving my dream.
