Your Anusara Inspired Yoga teacher has many years of experience delivering classes to a wide variety of people with different abilities. She can tailor the Yoga session to your unique requirements and guide you to a place of true wellbeing.
Contact Do Yoga to discuss your individual needs. You may choose to join in a public class of mixed ability, making new friends and having fun in a positive atmosphere. You can study in a small group with like minded people or on a one-to-one basis in a private session. However you choose to study, your teacher will use her in depth knowledge of this ancient art to ensure you have the best experience possible.

She's been teaching yoga for nearly ten years, adapting the class to many different people of all ages and abilities and helping to share the gift of real health and true wellbeing.
She is registered as a teacher with the Yoga Alliance UK (500 hour level) and also with the Register of Exercise Professionals (Level 3 Yoga Teacher).
About Yoga:
Yoga is an ancient art which tones the muscles, slims the body and keeps the joints flexible and strong, while simultaneously imparting a sense of peace and deep relaxation. This form of yoga is accessible to all abilities, including seniors but will also give those with an established fitness programme a good stretch both mentally and physically.
Class Schedule:
Public classes are available in central Bristol at Bristol City Yoga and Yogasara studio and also locally in Weston super Mare. Get in touch with Do Yoga to arrange a new class in your home or village hall.
Private Sessions:
Emma is available for private classes, to teach on a one to one basis. This can be a great way to advance your practice and discuss individual issues which may get overlooked in a general class.
Alternatively small groups of friends or families might wish to make a private arrangement with Emma to enjoy yoga at a time and place to suit you, with people you know well.
She can tailor the session to individual needs and also offer therapeutic work which can alleviate many health issues including Low Back Pain. Emma is also trained in pre and post natal yoga to help women enjoy all stages of pregnancy and facilitate a healthy birth and joyful recovery period.
She is also qualified and insured to teach children from 2 years old through the Yoga Bugs programme www.yogabugs.co.uk
