We offer Reiki Teaching courses throughout the UK. Our training venues are in Ramsgate, SE Kent, Sale, Manchester and Alton in Hampshire ... although if a party of 6 or more wish to learn then we will happily come to you anywhere in the UK.

ANGEL READING - Yes we class this as a therapy! An Angel reading is very different from Tarot, the aim is to help you in the areas of your life where there may be blockages. These blockages may have symptoms of different kinds and may have been caused by recent events or traumas that occured during adult/childhood. The messages that come from the cards and the information you will receive is mainly from the angelic realm although spirit have been known to pop in periodically! Ali who reads at the centre is not a Medium, there is a big difference between mediums and psychics, yes all mediums are psychic but not all psychics are mediums!! If you fancy a chat with your Great Aunt Joan as well as guidance then book in with Maggie, but if you need guidance or direction only then an angel reading may be just the thing for you, if you have blockages then you will be advised accordingly on ways to rectify these, they are very rarely a major challenge! AURA CLEANSE & CHAKRA BALANCE - The treatment lasts approxiamtely 40 minutes. You are fully dressed throughout and all that we ask is that your clothes are loose fitting and comfortable. You will relax on a therapy couch listening to tranquil music while our therapists carry out the treatment. The treatment itself is non-hands on although it will be necessary to place crystals and minerals on certain areas of your body. Aura Cleansing & Chakra Balancing is particuarly effective in grounding and calming you,it is suitable for all ages and is beneficial for those that feel a little out of sorts! or are continuously picking up illnesses! Many people are aware when their chakras are out of balance although many other people are un-aware what Chakras are! Let us educate you at the same time!! The average aura is up to 4 metres wide and picks all sorts of ′debris′ while carrying out your day - day duties. It is believed that if the aura is damaged then the physical body will eventually be put under attack, in the form of illness and injuries. Available Monday - Saturday.
CRYSTAL THERAPY - Crystals have been used for thousands of years as a means of alleviating illness. Each crystal / mineral has its own energy frequency, they can be used alone or combined with reiki for added strength in a healing treatment. The treatment itself lasts approximately 45 minutes and it is recommended that you wear loose and comfortable clothing you will firstly have a consultation so we can identify your specific needs, then a treatment will be carried out tailor made for you. REIKI - Reiki is an Energy based Healing treatment offered by a Reiki Practitioner who has been attuned to access the Universal Energy. The Healer is purely passive in the exercise.
Basically our aim as Practitioners is to replace or cancel out the energy which makes us emotionally or physically ill so new positive energies can be intergrated within us causing a sense of wellbeing.Reiki clients in the past have had many symptoms including, depression, bereavement, chronic fatigue (ME) Sciatica, sprains and fractures, pain, muscular injuries & addiction symptoms dramatically reduced so a normal way of life can be continued. 02 DETOX - The 02 Detox treatment is a safe, straightforward process. It simply involves immersing one′s feet into a footbowl filled with water.
When The 02 Detox machine is switched on and the feet are immersed in the water it emits a series of timed positive and negative Bio-Energetic currents which travel through the body, rebalancing it. The ionic exchange that takes place between your body and the footbath has a stimulating and balancing effect on the bio-energetic fields of the body.The result is that your body can detox safely and at its own pace, by mobilising residues and wastes stored within the body. This detoxification happens mainly after the treatment and is likely to take place via the organs of detoxification i.e the kidneys, liver and skin.The entire process takes 30 minutes for adults and is completely safe to use. It is however, not recommended for pregnant ladies, anyone witha pacemaker or an organ transplant or anyone that has epilepsy.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE - Indian Head Massage is also known in Hindi as ′Champi′ and is a form of massage of the head, neck and scalp that originated in India, where it has been used for many centuries.
It is a simple massage of the head, neck, shoulders & scalp that makes use of modern knowledge of shiatsu and acupressure, helping to rebalance your natural energies and may assist with clearing any localised energy blocks.

This technique has been used for centuries & the knowledge of this beneficial therapy is passed down from the Indians of North Arizona.
As well as the medical indications Hopi ear candle treatments were also used in special initiation, dedication rituals & healing ceremonies of the fire clan.
The treatment itself lasts approximately 30 minutes, all you are required to do is lie back & relax!

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE - Aromatherapy is the art of applying essential oils to suit individual needs. The oils work directly on the chemistry of the body, via the skin and bloodstream.
Essential oils are extracts that contain the substances that give plants their smell. They are produced by tiny glands in the petals, leaves, stems, bark and wood of many plants and trees. In nature, they are released slowly, but when heated or crushed, their oil glands burst, releasing the plant′s aroma more strongly.
It isn′t known exactly when or where the art of aromatherapy began. It is thought that Chinese knowledge of medicinal oils may have reached the west by way of the Egyptians, Greeks and Roman. The first recorded use of plants in Britain was in the 13th century and from then on,manufacture increase and the oils became widely used as perfumes, antiseptics and medicines.

SPORTS /REMEDIAL MASSAGE - Physical therapy deals with the maintenance of various mobilizing structures within the body. It helps restore normality to disordered areas, i.e: improve movement in hampered joints, thus producing a sense of balance and symmetry. To be concise, physical therapy aims to enable the body to function as efficiently and painlessly, as possible.It is particularly effective when applied to sports injuries, arthritis, sciatica and most spinal and pelvic conditions. A majority of joint and muscular problems also respond well. Treatment helps to eliminate toxins, thereby calming inflamed tissue, reducing swelling and strengthening supporting structures. Treatment is by physical means, e.g. massage, electro-therapy and heat, rather than by use of drugs. As a damaged, or simply strained area responds favourably to treatment, the patient will experience an increase in mobility and confidence, while noticing a decrease in restriction and discomfort.

REFLEXOLOGY -Reflexology is the application of pressure, stretch and movement to the feet and hands to effect corresponding parts of the body. Reflexologists view the feet and hands as a mirror image of the body. By applying technique a reflexologist can break up patterns of stress in other parts of the body.
How does reflexology work?
Pressure applied to the feet generates a signal through the peripheral nervous system. From there it enters the central nervous system where it is processed in various parts of the brain. It is then relayed to the internal organs to allocate the necessary adjustments in fuel and oxygen, Finally a response is fashioned that is sent onto the motor system.
This message is feet forward to adjust the body′s tone or overall tension level. If applied properly the tone will reset itself to a lower operating tempo. A lower operating tempo means a lessening of stress and less wear and tear on the body′s systems.
What are the benefits of reflexology ?
In general terms the benefits of reflexology have to do with the reduction of stress. Because the feet and hands help set the tension level for the rest of the body they are an easy way to interrupt the stress signal and reset homeostasis, the body′s equilibrium. Avaialble Monday - Saturday.
Crystal Mud - Crystal Mud is a relaxing hand and foot soak, a spa treatment is mixed with water to become soft,a viscous solution of tiny gel-like crystals. The density of the mud allows the muscles within the feet to fully relax and rest,whilst the fragrance has its own effect of relaxing,soothing and uplifting both the mind & body. Used on a regular basis crystal mud will help combat hard and callous skin on the feet especially. The hand gel treatment and soak are unique and unlike anything you will have seen before...a gentle exfoliator, the crystal hand gel removes dead skin cells and stimulates the skin, adding a little water and the exfoliating beeds dissolvereleasing oils and nutrients into the new layers of skin and then turning into a creamy hand gel on your hands. This complete hand treatment moisturises and exfoliates the skin,nourishes and strengthens the nails and reduces fine lines for younger looking skin.
