As a holistic therapist, who specialises in Reiki and Massage therapies, my aim is to work on a deeper level to treat you as a 'whole' person delving deeper to get to the root cause of a problem.

My Reiki Practice is located in a Centre designed for meditation and peace. I am trained in 1st and 2nd Degree Usui System of Natural Healing

Reiki
Reiki is very gentle and also very powerful. Reiki works on healing the body, the mind/emotions and the spirit, improving health and enhancing your quality of life.
This safe and natural healing therapy involves a simple light touch technique applied through clothing. Sometimes I will be working slightly away from your body within the aura.
Reiki benefits every kind of physical and emotional problems, recharging your energy levels, revitalising and refreshing mind, body and soul.
Aromatherapy Massage – Aromatherapy massage is a more holistic way of treating you as a whole person, and is especially beneficial after a period of illness. Aromatic high quality pre-blended or blended oils brought about by my expert massage style is guaranteed to deliver an experience of total wellness.
Hot Stone Therapy – Hot stone massage is a very popular massage that uses smooth, rounded stones that have been heated. Warm stones placed on various parts of the body. The stones are used as an extension of my hands and can be placed on the chakras of your body unblocking stagnant energy.
Relaxing Massage – gentle, slow, rhythmic massage which aids digestion, blood circulation and helps slow down the heart rate, as well as inducing feelings of well-being.
Swedish Massage – Relaxing and invigorating
Deep Tissue Massage. This focused massage targets the problem areas.
Indian Head Massage – great for the release of tension headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder pain.
Lymphatic Drainage is a slow, gentle, rhythmic, deeply relaxing massage which stimulates the movement of lymph through the lymph vessels. Detoxifying, cleansing and provides a therapeutic boost to the immune system. A great treatment for anyone feeling below par.

I have had massages all over the world and was totally impressed to get one of the best massages ever by Eden Therapy here in Grosvenor House! Eileen is very talented, skilled and extremely gently person with warming hands and great touch on your body. Not only she put me in extreme relax mood but my body felt like newborn with energy and piece together after careful and soothing massage. Eileen is an excellent massage therapist. She is also a very nice person who makes you feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you arrive. The treatment room is first class, very clean and very well heated for these cold days. The massage is deeply relaxing and done in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend that if you need a first class therapeutic massage from a skilled therapist, Eileen is the right person.

I was visiting Luton after returning from the airport and my friend was telling me about this new place that has just opened. After sitting in economy seating for over 3 hours, I was feeling achy all over and lots of tension in my neck and back. I had a full body Swedish massage and was so relaxed I feel asleep! The room was warm and smelled of warm berries and the thing I noticed most was that it was very clean and relaxing with lighting by candles and a water fountain that made me feel like I was at a retreat. The environment made me forget that Eden Therapy Room is actually in a business centre, which I was a bit unsure about at first but ever so glad I did go. For anyone wanting a massage in Luton this is definitely the place to go! The building has no buzzer so on arrival I called Eileen, who came down to meet me. She was lovely on the phone and just as down to earth and welcoming in person. After my 1 hour was up I felt really relaxed and all my tension was gone. I have already booked my next visit and will be trying the Indian head massage. Eileen also does waxing.

There are no shower facilities available, so I ask that you shower prior to your visit.
