REFLEXOLOGY
Using finger pressure to stimulate points on the feet so that imbalances in the body can be detected and effectively treated to restore balance and well-being.
This is a very relaxing treatment!
AROMATHERAPY
Using Essential Oils / Essences of Plants we can focus on many ailments.
This can be a very soothing, gentle, whole body massage or used in conjunction with many other treatment types.
Used for many ailments including Flu, Colds and many other Viral, Fungal or Bacterial infections. We also use these herbal remadies to treat ailments such as Insomnia, Stress, Addictions, Depression and many more.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
This is a lovely treatment on the upper back, neck, face and head. A very relaxing and healing treatment!
So leave the trip to the hairdresser’s and your make-up until you have had your treatment!
HOPI EAR CANDLING
The Hopi ear treatment uses pure beeswax tubular candles infused with special herbs to treat deep ear and sinus problems.
ENERGY THERAPIES
There are other treatments including Reiki, Quantum Touch® and Chakra balancing available.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)
EFT centres on the theory that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. Practitioners use their fingertips to stimulate certain meridian energy points, on the face, hands and upper torso, while the patient is "tuned in" to the problem.
EFT is usually quite gentle and substantial relief is often achieved with little or no pain. The practitioner sometimes teaches simple "tapping" sequences that the client can use on their own to better handle emotional issues when they arise.
Prior to undertaking any initial treatment, a free consultation lasting approximately 15-20 minutes will be made.
