About Me
Hello. Whether you've just met me / been recommended or found me online, thank you, in advance, for taking the time to read this.
I am trained to actually listen to what you are telling me.......how you are feeling / where you feel discomfort. Whether its muscular ache, niggling pain, headaches, feeling overwhelmed or stressed......
I believe that we all need a little bit of help now and again (when we become stuck, overdo things or suffer trauma). My job is to facilitate your recovery and adapt a treatment plan to your specific and unique needs (which is usually done through a 15 minute free consultation) in a quick and efficient way that fits in with your current lifestyle (hence early and late appointments).

I am a registered and experienced bodywork professional with advanced counselling skills and a whole range of massage qualifications (including fully clothed treatments as well as tried and tested ways of helping you to relax).
Furthermore, I have a relaxing, tranquil, huge treatment room in Uxbridge, with off street parking and top of the range equipment for your optimal comfort and convenience (can easily accommodate you if you prefer a bit more space and comfort on the couch – perfect for pregnancy massage)
So, its like you are having a treatment at the spa but at a fraction of the cost, without you feeling rushed and with a friendly and warm welcome. A bit of humour is sometimes appropriate (I'm Irish and it's good to smile ;-). I am also mobile but additional travel charges will apply depending on location and availability.
Gift vouchers are also available (from as little as £10) so why not treat a loved one, colleague or friend.

As of 01.02.14 all treatments are £40 for 60 minute treatments. Discounts of £5 are available to those on low incomes / during off-peak hours.
