Welcome to Emma James Therapy and Training
Let me introduce myself, Emma James, Trainer and Master Hypnotherapist, NLP and Time Line Therapist. From years of experience dealing with clients and teaching practitioners in NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy TM, one thing I have learned is that unless you really want to change right now, there is no point in seeking my assistance.
That need to change, to make your life the way you want it to be, solve a problem taking over your life, reach your optimum performance level - has got to be that gut feeling telling you now is the time.
Due to specialising in more complex problems and behaviours, my clients have reached heights of success that they never dreamed possible - all because they wanted it. So, what do I do? Well, I am lucky enough to have the qualifications, experience and empathy to work with clients assisting them in reaching their goals and taking them even further.
I have watched clients with very severe problems excel in business, competitive sport and personally all because they believed they could - I worked closely with them and showed them how to do it providing support, on going therapy and coaching, they did the rest.
It's All About You
The therapy work that I do is completely based on you. It is all tailored on how you react, your personality make up, your beliefs about your world and yourself and I have in fact found new techniques due to having to adapt to clients' needs. I don't believe in strict techniques, I believe that in order to be an effective therapist you must use your techniques and therapy and adapt them to the client.
Yes, it can be mind boggling occasionally but that is how you progress your own treatments and therefore provide constantly improving and evolving treatment for your clients.
