About Us I am a Holistic Therapist & Reiki Master Teacher based in Gwersyllt, Wrexham, North Wales. I also offer Clairvoyant Tarot Readings in person, or by email, & a range of workshops.

Holistic Therapies take into account the whole of the person with the aim of bringing that person back into a state of balance and harmony. Multiple factors may play a part in ill health, whether that be physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual ill health. Lifestyle factors such as how much sleep we get, past and present stress and tension, imbalances in the diet, how much water is drunk daily and the amount of exercise taken can all play a part in ill health.
Relaxation (and meditation) may help the mind and subsequently the body to come back to a better state of health and functioning. The body is better able to heal itself when relaxed, and this is where Holistic Therapies come in to their own. One of the main focuses of holistic treatments is to help you to relax to encourage your body to come back into balance.
Holistic Therapies work alongside conventional treatments and can provide support for chronic or terminal illnesses.
Holistic treatments are available in Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, and Crystal & Colour Therapy. Aspects of each of these treatments can be combined for you into your own Personalised Treatment, something which is specifically tailored to you and your needs. Examples of a Personalised treatment may include AromaReflex, CrystalReiki or AromaReiki.
Reflexology treatments are also offered on a mobile basis, in the Wrexham area, so that you can enjoy this treatment in the comfort of your own home.
Before each treatment a consultation form is filled in, which details information about any health conditions you may have and any changes since the last treatment. In the case of some medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions and others, I may require a letter from your GP which indicates that they are happy for you to have a treatment. Sometimes certain medical conditions ‘contraindicate’ (may not be suited to) a particular treatment. This is for your wellbeing.
Reiki is a treatment option which is suitable for all health conditions and for cases which are contraindicated may be worth considering.
About MeI am interested in many things holistic and embarked on that journey 10 years ago, using homeopathy and aromatherapy to help to support my own health and healing, after seeing how complementary therapies had helped one of my cats. A year or so later a medium explained to me how to meditate and helped me to develop psychically. This process helped me to reconnect with myself and began a process of enabling me to learn to listen and begin to trust myself.
I have been self-employed for 6 years as a Reiki practitioner and Tarot Reader; adding Crystal and Colour Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage along the way. I am a product reviewer for the Holisticshop, a successful holistic on-line shop. I produced a leaflet for a Millenium Award, ‘A Holistic Approach to Better Mental Health’ which was designed to provide a little information about Holistic Therapies in support of better mental health. I studied Integrative Counselling to Certificate level (this does not qualify me as a counsellor, but aids my work and listening skills) and I also have Levels 2 &3 in Adult Mental Health & Illness.
