Essence Therapy
Hayley Fahy is the founder of Essence Therapy, and a master in her field of complimentary health. She is qualified to the highest standard, delivering excellent results in her practise through use of extensive knowledge and experience.
Hayley holds a post-graduate degree in Studies in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen, and is a qualified practitioner of Oriental Body Balance which comprises acupuncture, cranial balancing, tui na, amno fu, and cupping. Further qualifications include La Stone therapy, deep tissue massage, reflexology, reiki level 2, and sports therapy.
Clinical practise and personal experience has taught Hayley that nutrition is a key element for wellbeing to be maintained. This has led to intensive studies covering all aspects of nutrition and a qualification as a nutrition consultant.

La Stone Therapy

Nutrition consultancy
Hayley offers one to one consultations delivering professional nutritional guidance that is devised to meet individual requirements and objectives. Once established, a personal nutrition plan is put in place to provide the basis for a renewed sense of wellbeing.
Specialist areas include weight loss, chronic fatigue, skin complaints, irritable bowel syndrome, and cleansing programmes.

‘I was initially referred to Essence Therapy by a personal trainer at the gym. I had started competing in triathlons and found I was repeatedly picking up niggling injuries in the legs and knees due to running and I always had pain in the lower back due to cycling. Hayley quickly identified these problems following thorough diagnosis and implemented treatments that soon had me fixed within a matter of weeks.
Consequently I have had an injury free season this year and I now have treatment with Hayley on a regular basis to prevent any problems from re-occurring.
