Hello, I'm Lou Palmer. Over the years of running my private practice I have successfully treated both adults and children for numerous conditions at clinics in Bristol, Harley Street London, as well as throughout the UK, Australia, USA and Ireland.
Treatments
Well, I work from my home in the Shire (Shirehampton), which is just off the M5 near Bristol. We can either work face-to-face or over the telephone. Your treatment will not be hindered by working over the phone; all you will need is a guarantee of undisturbed time for approximately one and a half to two hours, and somewhere comfy to sit.
You can either have a specific treatment such as past life regression or a combination of all of them. Should you not feel comfortable with the idea of hypnosis we can always work in other ways. This is very much your journey and I am very much here to assist you and reassure you along the way, just like a tour guide!

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I studied with the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, where I achieved my Advance Diploma in Hypnotherapy/ Hypno-CBT. I have also studied the EFT and EmoTrance techniques with Passion Health. The Releasement of Oaths, Vows and Promises with Lucy Baker, and Attachment Release with Dr Edith Fiore.

At this point you maybe thinking that's quite a list... I've trained in these various techniques to ensure my tool box has all that a client could need in order for us to achieve their goals.
How I came to be practising what I preach
Up until 5 years ago I had suffered from a number of debilitating illnesses, including endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, and a huge amount of allergies. I was allergic to so many different things it would be easier to tell you what I'd not been allergic to! On a number of occasions these allergic reactions were so fierce they almost took my life.
Throughout this period I had become increasingly aware of how emotional stress is one of the biggest factors of most illnesses, though the symptoms come in many different guises. For me, it accumulated in severe allergies, to the point where I couldn't leave the house without fearing I might not be alive at the end of my journey, even if it was just to pop to the local shops!
Through a process of detoxing my physical body, to clear all toxins ingested through my ten years of prescribed treatment and from my less-than-perfect eating habits. I worked on my emotional and energetic bodies, which enabled me to release years of conditioning, negative cognitions and behaviour, thus allowing the rebalancing of my self-worth, belief systems and thoughts.
I have arrived happily at a point in my life where I no longer fear eating a piece of toast, which I hadn't been able to do for 7 years! I am now happy and very healthy. I no longer suffer from any form of allergy, both my endometriosis and PCOS have completely cleared and even my fertility has returned, something that the many doctors who treated me throughout this period said would never happen.
I now have I greater understanding of who I am, and who I wish to become. This has given me an inner confidence and love for all that I create in my life. It's a beautiful place to be and one that I wish to share with whoever believes that there is a way to live in balance daily, rather than getting a glimpse of it only once in a while!
