Sophie has been working in the area of therapeutic treatments since 1998, having trained in Aromatherapy massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Reiki healing she has a broad experience with clients of all ages and requirements.
Her practice is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex.
Her therapeutic treatments promote the release of stress and emotional tension, physical ease and comfort, a greater awareness of your body and how to sustain good vitality. She has a particular passion and knowledge for essential oils and their powerful effect on your physical health and emotional well being and teaches workshops on how you can use them for health and vitality.
She has had experience providing treatments to clients within the area of emotional health and well-being, and her treatments aim to promote more emotional harmony and ease within ourselves.
