She seeks to help individuals and organisations optimise their capabilities to lead to a happy, healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. Her aim is to empower clients and help them find the potential to overcome the natural stresses and strains that life throws at them.
Helena ArgüellesHelena has been a therapist since 1989. She first trained in massage whilst living in Spain and on her return to the UK continued her studies in reflexology, reiki, Indian head massage, chair massage and kinesiology. She has experience working in many different settings including offices, residential homes and hospitals as well as in her clinic in Gloucestershire and throughout the South of England. Her youngest client yet has been a baby of 3 months and her oldest a pensioner of 93!
She loves a challenge and her clients have brought many interesting and sometimes obscure health issues. Kinesiology is now her main therapy. It is a technique that she says has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for her. She is passionate about encouraging her clients to find ways to improve their quality of life and to feel empowered enough to overcome their health issues.
